GENERAL TICKET INFORMATION
All Tickets sold online and issued electronically only | No refund of exchange of tickets once payment is confirmed under any circumstances | Ticket price is inclusive of handling fees of RM4 per ticket | Ticket price is exclusive of payment processing fees.
Concert Terms and Conditions
•Each ticket is valid for one-time admission only.
•Lost or damaged ticket(s) will not be entertained.
•Tickets sold are not refundable / exchangeable.
•Strictly No Drugs and alcohol allowed
•Smoking, outside food and drinks are not allowed in the venue.
•Attendees will need to be at least 5 years old on the date of the event and will be asked for photo ID as proof of age.
•Attendees aged between 5 to 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
•The Event Organiser may refuse entry to holders of tickets that are not genuine, purchased or acquired from unauthorised agents, or damaged.
•The resale or use of tickets by third parties in connection with other offers and promotions of tickets without the prior authorisation or written consent of the Event Organiser is prohibited.
•The Event Organiser reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold or used by third parties in connection with other promotions, without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission
