We are a premium coffee chain operator. We are also involved in coffee roasting and patisserie production.

We strive to be the 3rd largest coffee chain in Malaysia.

INVESTMENT TERMS

We aim to raise RM3,000,000 at RM8 million pre-money valuation through this equity crowdfunding campaign.

The issued share capital of Union Chain Group Sdn Bhd stands at 109,000.

A minimum of 6,812 of ordinary shares and a maximum of 40,871 of ordinary shares of Union Chain Group Sdn Bhd are being offered at a Purchase Price of RM73.40 per ordinary shares.

Union Chain Group Sdn Bhd will be issuing a minimum of 5.88% equity for its initial target amount and that it will accept oversubscriptions up to the equivalent of 27.27% if the offer is oversubscribed.

Union Chain Group Sdn Bhd will thus raise a minimum of RM500,000 and up to RM3,000,000 from this equity crowdfunding exercise.
