Concert Terms & Conditions

Each ticket is valid for ONE (1) person entry only | Strictly no video recording and photography during the event | Lost or damaged ticket(s) will not be entertained | Tickets sold are not refundable / exchangeable | Strictly No Drugs and alcohol allowed | Smoking, outside food and drinks are not allowed in the venue | This event is strictly open to those aged 12 years old & above only | Attendees will need to be at least 12 years old on the date of the event and will be asked for photo ID as proof of age | Attendees aged below 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult | The same wristband must be worn at all times during the event and attendees are responsible for their own wristbands | Lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced | You will need to produce the following at the wristband redemption counter in order to redeem your wristband(s):
(i) The email confirmation of ticket purchase
(ii) A copy of the your valid photo ID or passport matching your ticket purchase

The Event Organizer may refuse entry to holders of tickets that are not genuine, purchased or acquired from unauthorized agents, or damaged | The resale or use of tickets by third parties in connection with other offers and promotions of tickets without the prior authorization or written consent of the Event Organizer is prohibited | The Event Organizer reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold or used by third parties in connection with other promotions, without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission
