Concert Terms and Conditions
•Each ticket is valid for one-time admission only
•Strictly no video recording and photography during the event.
•Lost or damaged ticket(s) will not be entertained
•Tickets sold are not refundable / exchangeable.
•Strictly No Drugs and alcohol allowed
•Smoking, outside food and drinks are not allowed in the venue.
•This event is strictly open to those aged 12 years old & above only.
•Attendees will need to be at least 12 years old on the date of the event and will be asked for photo ID as proof of age.
•Attendees aged between 12 to 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
•The same wristband must be worn at all times during the event and attendees are responsible for their own wristbands. Lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced. You will need to produce the following at the wristband redemption counter in order to redeem your wristband(s):
(i) The e-ticket(s) in print or digital form
(ii) A copy of the your valid photo ID or passport matching your ticket purchase
•The Event Organiser may refuse entry to holders of tickets that are not genuine, purchased or acquired from unauthorised agents, or damaged.
•The resale or use of tickets by third parties in connection with other offers and promotions of tickets without the prior authorisation or written consent of the Event Organiser is prohibited.
•The Event Organiser reserves the right to cancel any tickets that have been resold or used by third parties in connection with other promotions, without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission
